I went in for an emergency root canal he did said he removed the nerve to get me out of pain charged my **** ***** benefits. He didn’t do all the steps he should of there was no X-ray done. He gave me unnecessary anti biotics there was no abscess. I called to complain a few days later the receptionist said your out of benefits correct? That’s all they cared about once they realized that my max amount was used for the year they didn’t want to help me. She said take the antibiotics for a few days see if it helps call back. The pain in the same tooth is throbbing more and more every day. In my opinion he didn’t get the nerve fully when I called back for an emergency visit to have it rolled at again today for an appointment next week I was told your more then welcome to find a dentist that can help you. He said he stands by his work yet he won’t rectify the situation or help me. I spoke to the owner who is answering the on call phone tonight and he won’t take any responsibility for his ****** dentistry.
