I had bought a training package August 11. There were no restrictions and I had picked a trainer that is no longer training. They requested September 16th that they were putting in force restrictions that equal up to an extra $1000. To take my dog for a $220 course but pay $1000 to step foot in the building is crazy since that was not a requirement when I purchased and put a deposit on the package. I love how they train that's why I wanted my second puppy to have this experience with other dogs. I asked for an extension to January because of financial hardship and I was only responded to with do you forfeit your deposit then? They are booked up on a wait and there is more then enough period looking to go. I'm completely disappointed but understanding this was a government mandate that this business code to inforce after I bought my course. I have since received 2 answers to email in which states they don't operate a charity. And said the restrictions were in place Aug 11 which is false.
