      In October of 2018 we replaced all of the windows in our home with products from this company. Within the first couple years all of the windows were defective. The seals were visibly falling off and the film used on the panes was starting to oxidize? Making the windows look dirty and cloudy. I contacted them through email and was asked to provide pictures to initiate a service call. I provided pictures and received no reply. I sent several emails to this email and no reply. I have tried several times to call ANY of the phone numbers and have gotten no where. All of the windows purchased from them need replacement and I am out the cost of the windows purchased through them.

      On Monday, April 18, 2022 I went into the store and worked with ***** to order 3 doors. I had a drawing with the measurements of each, including which way each door will swing. I ordered the 3 doors, and paid in full, including their delivery charge. She told me I would get my delivery after 3pm on Thursday, April 21. No one came on Thursday, and I received no phone call. I contacted my sales person and the store directly several times the next day wondering when my order would be delivered as I had someone scheduled to install them on Saturday. I finally got a text after 5pm Friday saying that the glass was backordered, and the delivery would be the following Monday or Tuesday. I asked to please get a phone call with a delivery window so I could make sure someone was home to accept. I never did get a delivery phone call, but luckily I was home Tuesday morning when the delivery came. One of the doors was damaged on the corner, so I pointed it out to the delivery man. He said it was fine. I said it wasn't fine and I would talk to my sales person. They stacked all 3 doors against each other on delivery, so once they left, I moved the doors so I could double check the measurements. 2 were fine (minus the damage on the corner of one door), but the third door was way off the measurements I provided. And the sales person had a copy of my drawings. I let her know, and she said she'd order another door. So she sent the door with the proper measurements, but got the swing wrong this time. So I let her know. She told me she would send the proper door, then no one came. Now she says she will not send me the door at all. Under all the negative reviews on Google, the owner says to contact them at *******************. I did this numerous times explaining the situation, but never got a response until my sales person replied from that address and said they would not send the door. I have all the email and textexchanges with them and am happy to provide to you.

      I ordered doors, casings and baseboards with delivery fee for my home renovation on July 14, 2021. The doors and casings were delivered to my house, but the baseboards were missing. I've followed up continuously with the business but they never gave an answer as to when the baseboards would be delivered. I asked for a refund on the baseboards eventually in early September, it is now Sept 28 and I have not received my refund or the baseboards.
