“Terrible experience with this place. Over sold me on flooring... then when I asked if I could return it Dillion, one of the owners said it would be a 30% restocking fee. I was surprised at this as he measured my home. I bought a lot of flooring 1500sq.ft and have over 12 unopened boxes as extra. I also bought casings and baseboards which I was over sold as well - I have '31' 10 foot long baseboards that I don't need. Dillion told me he measures 400 homes a year. Clearly he measured incorrectly. This is not a bit extra, it is a lot extra that I paid for. Also had the other owner Eduard come to give me an installation quote that seemed high. I had three other quotes that were over $1500 less. Dillion’s response to me was ‘we don’t compete with "****** ***" for installation’. Also they forgot several boxes on flooring when I had my delivery guys pick it up whom they rushed. As well forgot the transitions strips which I had to go pick up at the store. I have also paid more in delivery fee's because of this additional material - I did not need. After I spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this place - was told ‘they would be happy to see me take my business elsewhere’”
