My credit card was charged for three (3) sessions, but the consultation service was NOT provided for two (2) out of three (3) paid sessions. I prefer to think there was miscommunication regarding the alleged no show for the second session on October 26 and mutual misinterpretation of our agreement regarding automatic cancellation of session on November 29. Regarding the session on October 26, ***** informed me she was leaving for London, so I asked her to offer me the first available gap before her trip. Unfortunately, ***** emailed me less than 90 minutes (about 1 and a half hours) prior to a session. No phone call, text or other form of communication was done prior to the alleged no show. Regarding the session on November 29, Pathways cancelled automatically due to not having a pre-session form filled 24 hours prior to session. Our agreement says Client will complete the Session Prep Form WITHIN 24 hours of the relevant Coaching Session. Our agreement signed on March 8, 2022 does NOT read prep form must be completed 24 hours PRIOR to the session. I apologize if I misinterpret the agreement but I assure you I have acted in good faith as requested in our client-provider agreement. Moreover, on two occasions, ***** did not even read the pre-session form, which was acceptable to me because I know she is busy, and I know she knows my situation well. On first occasion (I do not remember the exact date), ***** read the form the first time during the session and on the second occasion, she did even bother to review the form as we already knew the issues.
