My experience with Shield Foundation was excellent! They fixed our foundation cracks by providing great service that went well from the estimate provided by ***** to the completion of the repair. The crew, including Captain **** ******** ******** ***** and ***** were polite and knowledgeable. They worked according to the schedule submitted to us, showed us what was going on, and got the job, including cleanup, done professionally. I highly recommend Shield for your foundation repair.

My husband and I highly recommend Shield. We had the front and the back of our house foundation repaired and we are very happy with their work. Shields crewmen were very friendly and professional. Highly, highly recommend Shield for any foundation concerns you may have. Very fair and honest regarding price and what work needs to be done. Very professional, clean and respectful to you and your home. The Shield team was very professional, respectful, answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. They cleaned up every evening and made the yard safe for my dogs. Although I had to wait a long time for the repair due to their busy-ness this season, they took the time to get things done right when they were here. We had a crack in our new home. ***** came out and had to do some work to make sure he had the right scope for the work that needed to be done. He provided a quote quickly, but that was just the beginning of the great service Shield provided. As we all know, most jobs are not always as smooth as they seem, but the crews that helped fix the problem and then replaced the soil, window well and deck always went above and beyond what was asked of them. We had Shield do some extensive repairs on a large horizontal crack in our basement. As this is a structural issue, extensive work was required, this involved drilling through a replacing part of a concrete patio, tunneling under an extension to the property and returning a finished basement to its original condition. *********** were ***************** to deal with and genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. Price was very reasonable compared to other competitors.Work was completed in a professional manner and was of the highest quality. Thank you to Shield Foundation Repair for their response to our basement SOS. **** responded to our call and immediately came to our home to assess the water situation. We received an estimate of the required remediation, including drawings of the work involved. The Shield crew showed up on time every day and worked diligently on the repair through freezing cold conditions. We cant say enough about how appreciative we were that **** and **** kept us aware of their progress and answered our many questions. We want to recognize the entire crew of ****, Everton, ******, ******, *****, ****, *******, and ******. Shield foundation came over to lift my sunken dining room. Really didnt know what to expect but when the crew came over, and I started talking to **** and everyone else I was reassured that this project would go. Absolutely smooth. Working with *** and **** and the rest of his crew was an absolute pleasure. These guys were here every day, very respectful, cleaned up at the end of the day.Working with the team at shield foundation was such a relief because of what we had to go through after purchasing a new house and discovering there was foundation issues. Would highly recommend shield foundation. Shield goes above and beyond! The entire team is so great to deal with and the work that they do is worth it! I can not say enough good things about the work that they did on our foundation. The wife is excited to start having our dinning room back.10/10
