Creative Door was so great to deal with! From the front office staff booking the appointment in such a timely fashion to the technician who arrived at the house to do the work. Both were very kind, professional, prompt, knowledgeable about the product and pricing was reasonable. The technician replaced my 20 year old garage motor and he did it in about 45 minutes. He also took the time to teach me "garage door 101" (how to operate the door with new remotes and wall button; how the sensors work at either side at the base of the door; how to oil the track wheels yearly). Very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them. I am so happy to have a quiet garage door again! Thank you Creative Door!Review from Cathy D

I think the fellow who installed the garage door was ******...he was prompt and professional...was surprised how quickly it went as they had to remove the old door before replacing it with the new one. The pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.Review from Pat M

Creative Door came to my house last week to install a new garage door opener with backup battery. The initial quote was $714.00 (written on the work order) which I thought was quite high. A couple of hours before the technician came to install the battery, the company phoned to let me know they were switching out the brand of battery. When the technician came out to install the garage door opener, he didnt bring the backup battery with him so he had to come back the next day. I also wanted an extra remote (he gave me only one) and a keypad. In the end I was charged $889.00 for the whole job. I found the whole experience very confusing. I didnt know: what brand of door opener I was getting; if it was an inferior brand of battery; the cost of the whole job; or what time the technician was coming to my house (I was told around 9am and he actually arrived after 10am). I also emailed the managers (general and regional) about my concerns and received no response from them.Creative Door Services Ltd Response
