I paid Roman Exterior and Maintenance $380 for cleaning the sidings, windows and gutters on Oct 6, 2021. The technician (****) did not finish the cleaning of windows on Oct 6, 2021 because he had jumped to another appointment. **** told me that he would come back on Oct 8, 2021 and finish the job but it did not happen. **** deceived me that the dirt (oxidation) on the siding could not be removed by any means including power washing. I have to applied paint to the siding if I like to make the exterior siding looks good again.
