I bought a Dexcom G7receiver from this company on July 22, 2024. According to the website for this business, they return items up to 30 days after purchase. After trying to get a hold of them for a couple of days, I was finally able to talk to someone. The person (*****) informed me that these types of products were non refundable. Why pay 90+ dollars for something that I can't use? I bought the receiver for my husband who is a type 2 diabetic, and his insurance won't cover the cost of the sensors. I am filing a complaint against Home Health Store, Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta. Because the compression shorts I ordered did not fit properly, and after reading through all of the explanations of how to return this item, I requested a return label to send item back. Their e-mail response was "most of our compressions are on a final sale." I did not see this in the descriptive info, and when I spoke with a woman about sizing, she did not say anything about final sales. Had I known, I would not have ordered them, or paid extra for express shipping! Total cost: $180.78. Transaction date: 7/31/2023; ***** ***** ****** **** ******** * **************** Delivered Aug. 9, 2023 *********** ** ***************** I would appreciate the professionalism of Home Health to kindly mail me a shipping label so I can return and then credit my ****** account. Their Return and Refund Policy states: "If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, we can't offer you a refund or exchange." [which is Sept. 9, 2023. I thank you for your attention to this matter.
