Where do I even start, they are simply the best!**** and ****** were the most professional contractors that I have had the pleasure of working with. This was the first huge renovation that I had done on my own and I am so happy that I did it with Priority Builders! I had a few companies walk through my basement to go over some options for a legal basement suite and Priority was hands down the best of them all. A lot of them werent up to the challenge of the small space and didnt give me the confidence that I wanted. **** and ****** didnt hesitate and made the space work!The way they present themselves, the way they walked me through the layout and MOST of all the way they listened to me and my ideas made me appreciate the process. Some of my ideas were amazing if I say so myself... but for the ones that didnt work Priority was there to support me with a better game plan. During this project I had been working out of town and Seans communication with me was amazing. He was always updating me and sending pictures/ videos, legit just the BEST! I felt so comfortable knowing that they were ********* done! I highly recommend the guys at Priority Builders, they gave the most honest pricing and they turned my tiny basement into a beautiful basement suite! I rented my suite out within a couple weeks (after sifting through the many applicants) which enabled me to find the perfect tenant! Everyone who toured the space said they couldnt get over how big it felt compared to a lot of the other basement suites they had toured! Pure MAGIC! I still dont know how they got that HUGE bathtub down there but Ill tell yeah right now my tenant loves it!Thank you **** and the team at Priority!Review from Jien A

Thank you to Sean and his team for the great work that you did! We had two bathrooms done in an older home and while there were some supply chain issues (unfortunately 2021 was the year of supply chain issues), the projects were well worth the wait. We get lots of compliments on the bathrooms and it’s all thanks to Sean’s attention to detail! Thank you for your patience with the project and we hope for more future projects soon!
