Zero stars for *** and his company. Less than sub-par businessman. Do NOT hand any money to this person, he does not follow through on business contracts entered into.

BEWARE! What a nightmare. Sweet talking K** and 'very professional' sounding when a person is in a panic with a broken down hot tub in -30*C... My husband and I were on a work trip in early December 2022 when our young adult son called us and said our outdoor hot tub was cold. Weve never had an issue with our tub before, but with it being just over 10 years old, pump number one went down, which would be expected at some point. In a panic, as we have never had a hot tub break down before, we couldnt contact the company we bought it from as it was the weekend, as their service department would be closed, and we were paranoid the freezing temperatures would cause a $20 000 bill for a new hot tub if not fixed asap, so this is where it beganRight away K**s 24 Hour Hot Tub Service responded, came over ASAP and said yes, pump one needs to be replaced. 'PHEW - what a relief' we thought. That was Friday. Checked his 'amazing' ****** reviews... and he said if the new pump was in stock at his shop he'd be out tomorrow, if not Monday as it ships from *******. Service and parts of $1200 was etransfered (first mistake) and he told us how to set up a space heater (we had two SH's, so we set up an external one too with our heavy moving blankets we 'had' - his guy stole and never returned either to top off...).Monday comes, no call, I call. 'Later today' he says, or 'tomorrow - so busy...' Tuesday comes, our actual hot tub company calls and says they can come out. We stupidly said, 'no worries, K** is coming'. I tell K** this so his guy comes ASAP - puts in a 4 HP pump (says it's rated 7HP...) total shab job and they emptied tub in our yard. We fill it up, blows inside the house breaker. Four days later another guy comes says its all wrong, re-wires and yeah it's running - but now no heat. Now he starts ignoring us. Fast forward, we call the reputable company - they come and fix it all sooo professionally a perfect - K** is no where to be found and we are out over $1000.

STOP!!!! Do not use this guy(***) to fix your hot tub. He is all talk and will convince you that he is the best tech out there and know other company can do what he does. First of all lets start by saying my experience was the worst ever. Just freaking stressful because of 24 hour hot tub(***) the owner. He came to take my hot tub to bring it at his shop for $700 and would return it in two weeks after he made the repairs, and paid the repair fees. Please note that the $700 was just to pick up the hot tub from my place to shop. Let me tell you I waited 10 weeks. Every week was an excuse, or would tell me he would have it back by the weekend bla bla bla. This guy never gave a rats a** He takes on to much clients at once. He selects who he will be nice to so they give him good reviews and he selects who he will rob blind. I had to get the police involved for this guy to finally fix it and bring it back. Oh thats when he moved his a** He fixes the hot tub seals it up with plywood and texts me these are the repairs and this is what you owe me. Who does that? Only MR. *** the professional because he has to bs me into believing that those were the repairs and I had no choice to pay to get it back to my place. He is a thief. No professional does that. Comes to finally bring it back and yelling on a rampage to his staff like there is no tomorrow. He is absolutely rude. Then tells me that I need a base so sends 3 workers to build a base that takes 3 hours. So more money. Then I needed to change my gfi box more money. Only to leave me with a hot tub not in working order. Who the f*** does that after I spent $2500 on a hot tub. Leave a client with a non working hot tub in -40 degree weather. I texted him for days and no reply. I had to call a reputable company to come fix my hot tub and pay them money when this a** could have installed it and repair my hot tub correctly . After texting him what a rude and unprofessional individual he is finally he texts back in a panic.

I wish I never used this company. I do not recommend. ..Unless you want a company who will make you pay ahead of time and string you along as to any kind of schedule/date of service. They are unorganized and their customer ********************** skills are non-existent.I first called them to inspect a second hand tub for me. They told me the tub was in great condition and nothing was needed. Only to have *************** me later and tell me some work needs to be done and I need to pay an additional $600. You would think after paying for the work the tub should be in perfect working order. Well when we finally got the tub going there are at least 2 jets that are not in working order.After months, 12 weeks of calling and *** telling me this Friday or next Monday he finally sent someone to build that base that I prepaid them to do.I soon realized this was going to be a trend. I had to call him weekly and then daily to finally get them to bring my tub, thats 8 weeks after they installed the base. .. only to find out they forgot my filter and pre filter basket.Again had to call weekly to get someone to finally show up to bring my filter/pre-filter to only find out theyve lost the parts to my hot tub.Ive been calling him every week for the past 8 weeks to find out what when he will be bringing me a replacement so I can get this thing going and he is yet to get me the parts that fit. Or help me in anyway to find replacement parts myself. He is yet to materialize any missing parts and is not not answering any of my calls.The exception to this company is *******, when he does get sent out he does exceptional work and he showed up when *** stopped replying to at least provide a filter and pre filer that is too small but will temporarily suffice with some cheese cloth so the tubes in the hot tub dont freeze when the temperature possibly drops below freezing this week.2 weeks later we were able to get everything and get the hot tub running.I do not recommend them!
