      This has truly been one of the worse experiences for me. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company. It has caused me nothing but stress, time away from work and financial hardship.My broker has changed multiple times during my 1 year being insured with Leibel. I actually dont even know who my broker is because I am always receiving contact from other people.The broker I am constantly referred back to (***************************) has some of the worse attitude and customer service I have ever encountered. She truly should not be in the industry as you can tell that she doesnt enjoy her job. She constantly has a poor attitude and is extremely difficult to contact even for other brokers.She has been nothing but unhelpful and rude to me. I have been told multiple things by multiple people looking for resolutions but I am always brought back to ******* who ultimately tells me nothing can be done. She has actually done NOTHING to assist me other than telling me she cant help. That has been the furthest extent of conversation from her.This company has taken over $900 from me that was unauthorized. They did not provide me informed consent, and are now being so ridiculously unavailable and unhelpful its just mind boggling. Its crazy that it is easier to file a fraud claim with my bank than it is to try and just resolve the issue with Leibel.No resolve has been made or contact attempts returned, I am going to proceed with my bank, I will also be filing a complaint against the broker with her association as well as contacting the BBB to complain.This has had such a tremendous impact on me, truly I do not even know the words to try and explain that YOU AVOID LEIBEL INSURANCE.PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, do not make the same mistake as me and proceed with their insurance. Look for another company even if its more money monthly, it will be worth it in the long run.

      Each time I've had to deal with the ******** Leibel Insurance office, it has been a pleasure. All the advisors have been tremendously helpful, patient and informative. More notably, ********************************* at the ******** office was was incredibly helpful with a recent inquiry and changes to my policy.

      ***************************** was excellent to deal with regarding insurance on my new car. She was quick to respond to phone calls and emails and showed patience in explaining the details to me. I believe that the rate I got is fair and will leave me feeling confident that my vehicle is insured properly. This vehicle was a big purchase for me and I appreciate *******'s professionalism in assisting me to find the insurance that was right for me. Thank you for the great service.

      ******* was very helpful in helping me make a decision for my home and car renewal. I was not happy with my previous broker as I felt they left information in the dark. So with professionalism and patience, she help me understand fully with proper documents to support her saying. My calls and emails were also answered quickly. Thank you!L.

      I was in a very stressful situation with the clock ticking on purchasing our new home. My current provider wouldnt listen to what i needed done. I called leibel number and spoke with ********. She was kind, considerate and went beyond her work day to be sure all documents were done properly and sent to ***********. What a fantastic person to deal with.

      I have had a very strange experience that others should know. After contacting them 60 days in advance and asking for a quote for renewal I received via email that I was renewed. I clearly stated that I wanted to compare their quote with others. They however mailed new insurance documents and then came thw next They required me to go and pay to have an inspection on my vehicle. Then they would insure me. I declined and of course my insurance with them expired. Then .........They took an extra payment from my account and assured me it would be refunded. That occured and after 3 weeks I still have not received the refund. I called to inquire today after being told and emailed that it would be today and was told perhaps in the next few days. I am frustrated with this level of service. I would not recommend them to any of my circle of friends or business associates. Totally unacceptable. When you purchase they want the payment immediately. What are they doing by delaying my refund. PS. I acquired new insurance at a much better premium with no need for a vehicle inspection. -Disgusted small business owner

      Had to give 1 star unfortunately. I advise NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Not BBB accredited- no kidding. Son had a major accident, lucky to be alive. Hes never had to deal with insurance for a totalled vehicle but thats what a broker is for- correct? Well considering she NEVER answers his call and takes days to return (still waiting almost a week) despite mentioning in vm its a time sensitive matter.She has given him wrong information regarding rental vehicle(took over a month to get one and it took him insisting and being ***** with the ins company). That was HER job. She hasnt advised him on what he needs to do to stop insurance payments, he assumed she took care of everything. Ummmm no - shes done absolutely nothing-but how was he to know? Thats what a broker is for- to advise on what he needs to do. He trusted that she was working for him. Quite the opposite and because he didnt know any better he hung in there and got taken advantage of. Then I caught wind of how he was being treated and informed him of what an actual broker is supposed to do for you. Hes received no guidance at all- hes been sluffed off. Male, under 25- getting taken advantage of. Shameful, unprofessional and ignorant. THESE BROKERS ARE NOT THERE FOR YOU- GET ONE ELSEWHERE. - Disgusted Mom.

      We would like to inform other clients looking for insurance to not use this company, when we first contacted the company, they told us they could get us the best rate. We were looking for insurance for a highway truck, signed on with Leibel after receiving the quote. We contacted our representative after we started receiving emails that our premium was increasing due to errors that they had made. As to asking for a letter from our previous insurance company, which is not something that insurances company's do anymore. Our premium was supposed to be $1436.88 per month starting July 5, until Aug 28 email when the premium went up to $1682.21 monthly. On Sept 1, we took a policy for a set of B-Trains for an extra $611.25 a month. Then on Mar 1/21 we received an email that are premiums were being increased again by another $323.08 per month for a pup. Because they did not know that a B-Train was 2 trailers. We cancelled our insurance with the company back in back March 2021, they are now looking for more monies 7 months later. We have been recently informed that the first and last months payment we made, was not for that that and they bill a month behind.

      Philip thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We have now had an opportunity to look into your file and unfortunately the pricing is correct. When insurance companies don’t have enough documentation related to a drivers history to justify the driving record/pricing being requested, they will ask for a letter of experience from their previous company/companies in order to keep pricing the same. Unfortunately the insurance company was unable to keep the original premium quoted as the requested history was not received. In addition, as per your request, the trailer value was also increased significantly in August which added to the overall outstanding premium. While this is not the outcome or experience we strive to achieve for our clients, we value your opinion and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
