I dont know what happened this year, we have used them last year for snow removal and it was done well. This year is brutal, i don't know whats happening but its not the same as last year at all. I am putting it from 5 stars to one star. This makes me very sad as I really hate leaving a bad review. I finally got a reply from the owner and she is dumping us as a customer. She is about 75 bucks less than everyone else, so if you are looking for a "you get what you pay for" experience then look no further. She actually had the nerve to say it was our fault because we didnt want to use the massive chunks of salt they were putting down last year. So now there is ice everywhere. NO there is ice everywhere because you came and did a narrow path on the sidewalk leaving it to melt for 2 days and freeze and then come back and still don't finish. The pictures i have posted are after their 3rd visit from the one and only snowfall this year. Its not rocket science, you offer a simple service of pushing snow around. You have 1 job to do, clear the snow from all paved surfaces, not leave a pile of ice (THAT YOU CREATED) on my back porch and sidewalk.

Your right Chris f****** this year is Brutal!!!! The snow event that your referred to was a 30cm drifting snow storm!! We were making our rounds trying to keep up. We simply moved the snow to sides firstly then we would come back to tidy up the property. Just like we always have done!!! You seem to be more then eager to take out your lifes frustrations on us for some reason?? Maybe to make yourself feel superior to those that you perceive to be less then you!!! You say your a Christian man!!! Your actions and words show what you really are!!! I how ever pray that you may start acting like a Christian man as you pretend to be!!!
