I went to the registry to renew my registration on July 2/22. I was expecting to pay 93 dollars, instead I paid 385. She said I have 2 tickets outstanding from 2019 that need to be paid. I told her that they have been paid and all I got was a shoulder shrug and a bad attitude. I told her I would pay by credit card. She said they do not take CC. What? I have always paid by CC at the registry. Then she said she could put it through but it would be an extra 15 dollars. I felt helpless and trapped. What I want to see is the reimbursement of the 15 dollars and the cost of the 2 tickets that have already been paid (130x 2 = 260). 275 dollars, total. I have attached the evidence that these have been paid by ROCCO (a company that no longer exists, but would give you 10% off the ticket if you used them to pay the ticket. They said they paid on my behalf but obviously just stole my money). Are you able to assist with this or am I stuck having to pay for these tickets twice? I appreciate your help and time, ********* *****
