      We rented a limo for our friends birthday everything started off ok. Ice was forgotten which is included in the package. Driver did stop for some after being told that it’s included. While on the bus it started smoking and ended up being on fire. There was no fire extinguisher. The limo driver had no clue as in what to do next. He said they had never gone over any drills. We stopped the flames ourselves but it continued to smoke. No one answered the phone at the company or our texts. Very unprofessional. We were made to get back on and sit in the dark , still smoking door open, we are all coughing like crazy and dealing with the after math of the electrical fire and very bad smoke inhalation. They did not even have a fire extinguisher. After trying to get a hold of the company I was only responded after my review on ******. The response from the owner was the company wasn’t notified till my review and they also had no clue that we added on an extra hour paid with cash. He then offered 10% off the next ride which was not helpful in the least. After I declined that offer I was texted by Sheena for 50% off next ride and a refund for the last hour. The driver got $300 out of us for an additional hour. Later finding out that that’s over priced. They did not seem bothered by our worries or health concerns. They did not have a safety protocol in order. I feel a full refund is fair. But this is something we can’t agree on.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention again through different channels hoping to get all of your money back for service that was provided to you and for the most part you enjoyed your ride and everything was great until the last part We have acknowledged the incident and tried to work with you And offered you a generous offer For service that was already provided to you in almost the fullest but unfortunately No reasonable response was received from you 1- yes we do have Fire extinguisher in every limousine on the fleet 2- Yes we have safety protocol in place for every situation 3- Yes the driver did follow the safety protocol 4- yes we tried to work with you and offer you a generous offer because of the situation we went above and beyond And the offer still stands which is the last hour money back Value of $300 20% off the two remaining hours which you had enjoyed 50% off of the next booking PS : in the case of services this is more than generous because this is not ( goods )that you can just simply return and get your money back in the case of ( services ) as per regulations once is provided there are factors that involved and cannot be reimbursed The factors are 1- The cost of the operation while being in service provided to you 2- The insurance and all the other licensing cost while in Service being provided to you 3- The cost of the driver while in service being provided to you 4- The time while the vehicle occupied while in service being provided to you So based on these facts there’s a huge difference between goods be returned and services being returned And finally : The dollar amount is not Configured or judged by what the customer feels should or should not be fair It is based on policies and regulations Put in place by the government Not the company or the client So based on the information provided I hope that clarifies the situation more And hope that will help bring the situation to closure so you can have the money promised back - if you do please contact the manager that was dealing with you ( Sheena ) If you don’t then that will remain up to you Best regards Robert a*******
