***** a return process by email 18th and by phone on January 20th. Advised 5-7 business days to receive a return label and would be called by the returns department to confirm. It is February 1st - no return label provided, no contact from the returns department. I have made multiple calls to customer service for updates and have repeatedly been told to wait 5-7 business days. This morning, was told by **** to now wait 10 business days (because we have surpassed the 5-7 day process); **** proceeded to hang up on when askes to speak to a manager or the returns department and have my refund shipping fee waived for my inconvenience.Customer service has unclear messaging; following policies that do not align with policies visible to consumers (website shows 100 day money back guarantee but customer service reports a new policy they follow is 30 day exchange); customer service is unable to process concerns or communicate directly with returns department or a manager (they report they do not have a manager or any way to speak with returns department except by email themselves and have no way to direct the customer directly). I was advised to escalate customer service concerns via email (done January 25th) and received no response. The customer service team abruptly ends calls when you ask for clarification or how to escalate concerns. The company has been sending customer satisfaction surveys on the original email from January 18th and the call from January 20th but appear to be unable to process the returns within their own timeline of 5-7 business days. Overall, would recommend not interacting with Hush in the event you *** be unsatisfied with their product or have any issue that *** require interaction with their "customer service" team.
