My bad. I signed the work order and paid the OUTRAGEOUS price of over $600 for no more than 20 minutes of on-site work to repair 2 Casement windows. $195 for labor plus $125 per hour plus $137 service call. Absolutely terrible service. I had to point out something the guy missed. And he didn't even clean the work area. AVOID this business. Not worth even one star.Lock Surgeon Response

Work requested and required was completed as per quote. No deficiencies were recorded or noted by the technician. Additional part was required and installed as needed. Disappointed that you would post a review that reflects more on your budget than the resolution of the problem.Review from Ad B

This is a scam company. We brought our lock cylinder into their store go get a price to re-key it. They quoted almost $400 for a simple 15 minute job. We got two other quotes from real locksmiths and they were $50 and $30. This company is taking advantage of people and should go out of business. Stay away from these scammers!Lock Surgeon Response
