Exact same situation like most people experienced. They sell stuff that's NOT in stock and label them "in stock". Took your money and try to keep it. I'm not interested in refund. I want the product I bought!!!Initial Complaint

I called there 1-800 number to look up a part for a stove. They looked up the wrong part, took my money and left me hanging. Too bad so sad we have your money good luck. Electrical parts are not returnable. They accept no responsibility for there actions, no remorse or customer service. They never explained to me that it was non-returnable.Initial Complaint

I have returned the part to Amre Supply in Mississauga and did not receive credit on the part Please see email correspondance and receipt. I would just like Amre to credit my account back for the part. I also paid shipping to have this part and was advised to return it to a store . Which I did. 1) The transaction date is November 12, 2021 and the order number is ******* **** *** ********** ** *** ******** 2) I paid $231.95 (GST & PST included) Canadian to Amre Supply through their web site **** *** ********** ** *** ******** 3) I have ordered on line from **************************. This company has lot of locations in Canada. 4) My ********** range's element (right rear) is broken. The model number of my ********** range is ************ **** *** ***********. I made searches on internet for ********** Part and this company )Amre Supply) popped up. There are drawing diagram from this website and I found the element part number from the diagram **** *** ***********. I submitted an order to this company and I received on November 17, 2021. I made installation but found that it does not fit. Then I did search again online and found ********************************** has the element for my model but it is different from one from Amre supply. Also I took the picture of mine one and it is same as shown in *********************. *** *** ******** *** ******** *** *** ***** *** **** ********** 5) I have made phone call to them in Edmonton Alberta. The service rep refused to refund and he told me that you made a choice and we did not force you. The problem is that they did not sell the *** part and it does not fit. 6) The order number from Amre Supply is ******* and the tracking number is **************** of ****** ****.
