I found my product on their site and ordered 2 of them. The shipping is more than the one item but I am ok with that. But in waiting for a response after getting a email and taking my money, it says special order. Once again I am ok with that. The only thing is that when I track my order number on their site there is no order number. Ok so what happened to my money? I believe this company is a scam. Tried to contact them through the chat that popped up. Said they were closed but it was within their chat times. I will try to contact them by phone because I don't believe they care about the orders they are taking. So until I find out what is going on I would highly suggest avoiding all ordering on their website. Something is amiss here and I will be calling the fraud department of the **** if necessary. Maybe even a visit to the store as well.Review from Chris A

Purchased replacement parts advertised on their website. Showed IN stock, showed item location in their "warehouse," charged me for unit price and shipping. Confirmation sent to email showing receipt with information showing item currently IN STOCK and ready to ship. After no communication, I called their customer service. After a 45 minute wait, was informed they don't ever stock this item but that they can special order it for an additional cost and with an estimated lead-time of 6 months with no guarantees of availability. Apparently they have a policy not to contact customers regarding any of these issues. They wait for you to call them. Customer service agent I had was, at best, inept. They also informed me there was an extensive process to give a refund and that they could not send me a cancellation confirmation as all refunds must be reviewed by 3 or 4 departments!? Then they would decide whether I could get a refund or not... But again I have to contact them to find out. Avoid this company!Review from Glenn W

I ordered a product from their flyer by clicking on a link. Incorrect product arrived. After 10 days of dealing with various individuals and their extremely complex return process. Conclusion - they are accommodating by accepting the product be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee and deducting return shipping from my refund. You interpret whether this is fair.
