This is a lovely mobile home park. We've owned a mobile home at westview since 2008. The administration is meticulous and much of it's success is because of healthy boundaries it sets. It's a clean and quiet place to live with a park and activities for families.

Westview Village does not work with a home owner if they have temporary financial problems. ie Financial distress caused by Covid 19.They take you to court immediately, then, evict you from your Home, by locking you out and do not allow you to retrieve personal belongings, clothes, furniture, etc.I paid almost $100,000 cash for my home in 2021, and 1 year later, owing less than $4,000 (@ near $900.00/mo incl. extra fees added) in lot rent arrears, caused by Covid 19 cancellations and lockdowns, and having being given until June 2023, by the Judge, to pay said arrears, Westview Village locked me out of my $100,000 home. Even though I tried to explain, numerous times, that a solution to pay the arrears, through various organizations was in the works, they adamantly, refused payment.I am almost 64 yrs old and was left to live in my vehicle, in the bitter cold, with my Support/Service Dog in Training, running out of gas and money twice. Freezing, in -30C, for more than 24 hrs, with only food for my dog.I was not allowed to retrieve my clothes even, including my winter coats or any of my dog's supplies.There was more than $10,000 worth of new furniture and kitchen equipment, TV, etc, some still in boxes, purchased in 2021.Including, a new adjustable bed, needed for asthma and leg circulation problems.As of this date (Dec 31 2022), I am still homeless (since Oct 09 2022), and my health is being greatly affected, especially my asthma and leg circulation problems. I still don't have the means to eat every day, or keep gas in my vehicle.

DO NOT REHOME YOUR PETS TO MOVE IN HERE!!!! I did and I regret it immensely. Literally, NO ONE follows the rules, and literally NO ONE enforces the rules. My one neighbor has 7 pets, another has 3 cats and 1 dog, and another has 3 cats and 2 dogs. The irresponsible pet hoarders will let the cats roam unneutered, and don't pick up the dog p*** - even if it is on the sidewalk. It is so gross. I have cats destroying under my trailer, found the owner, and he didn't give a s*** Just laughed at me bc I thought the cat was a stray. Kids can't play in the playgrounds (which are falling apart) because of all the cat ****, and cats will damage anything in your yard, including plants, strollers, and patio furniture. All this bs for a whopping $800 pad fees plus utilities plus city taxes and mortgage payments. I can't tell you how absolutely disgusting this place is, and the price keeps going up, with no show for proper management. Get charged a bogus fee? they'll tell you they will reverse it, it won't happen, then too much time passes and they claim the charge is legit. A tree leaning on your fence? tree removal is the park's responsibility, they won't do anything about it, and when the fence is damaged bc of the tree they say it's on you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK!!!!!! YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A TRAILER YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SELL!!! JUST LOOK AT HOW MANY ARE ON THE MARKET!!! PEOPLE HATE IT HERE!!!

Lot fees are $750 a month plus annual property tax, plus your mortgage. The rent goes up every year. Every person I have spoke to here has roommates to help pay these increasing fees. Please Edmonton help us. We are trying to leave but no one will buy our house with these lot fees. It is disgusting how much they charge us we have to have strangers living in our homes just to scrape by!
