On July 07, 2022 i purchased a floor model Hypnos Eminence royal series queen mattress as well as a Hypnos Royal Eminence slat box spring for the price of 4236.75. Unfortunatley i was laid off from my job July08, 2022. I called Monday July 11, 2022 to explain and ask to cancell my order but no one answered so i went to the business Healthy Bedroom . There was a young lady who cancelled my order after i explained my situation but informed me that only the manager can refund it and he would do it first thing in the morning July 11 2022. The Manager (***** ******) called me around 12:30 pm on july 12 2022 and informed me that only a store credit or different mattress would be the option for me due to it being a floor model. I had explained that i dod not pick or have the mattress delivered yet and it was still in the same place as when i first seen it, not cleaned, sanitized or packaged up. Haris told me that was the store policy and that other retail stores that sold floor model items are non returnable even if it was not picked up or delivered. Since i do not and still do not have possession of the mattress and boxspring (expected delivery July 21, 2022) i believe it is only fair for the retailer to refund my credit card for the amount of $4236.75.
