On October 23. 2022 we had booked a room for 1 month. As soon as we arrived in place we saw that the place was not very clean but it was the only one that was available for that time period. We paid $1600 including the $100 deposit. And once they took us to the room we were shocked because there was no way someone could stay there. We ended up telling them that we were only going to stay that night because there was no where else to go since it was pretty late. We asked them to charge us for one night instead of the month or to keep the deposit and refund us the rest but they refused. We didn’t even stay there for 24hrs so they should have been able to do that for us but they kept refusing. The night we spent there there was people trying to get in the room, druggies yelling outside and it was just very scary I was fearing for my health and life. I’ve tried calling them many times asking for a refund and they refuse. I only received $300 out of the $1500 that I was expecting.
