Experience with the company was poor from the moment they showed up for my move. Gave me a list of things they don’t move, none of which outlined before they showed up, which presented an issue considering I was moving 4 hours away, not within distance of quick jaunt back to pick up. Company didn’t send a big enough truck to move my things. They went back to pick up the rest of the stuff the following day and ensured me they would drop off the items in their next trip down to Calgary. My move date was June 25. It is now October 27 and I still don’t have my things. We had a date of last week, which was rescheduled to today. I had to call to find out the move was rescheduled, there was no communication on their end. Got an email yesterday saying the move is rescheduled again to next week. When will this end? There are important items that they have, which I need right away. Communication with this company has been an issue from the beginning. 95% of the time, I need to initiate contact. To say we are frustrated is a vast understatement.
