We had our old homes furniture in storage for 4 years. We finally found a new home, 500 kilometres from Action Moving and Storages facility. We called and got a more than fair quote to deliver our items. Do to unforeseen circumstances, we called Action last minute to ask if they could help us move some things from our rental to our new home as well, without hesitation they made sure to make it work. ************************ and *** showed up to our new home and you could not ask for 3 better human beings, not only were they great people, they were the hardest workers I have met. We had A LOT of material items in storage, they came with a plan and thought everything through before just offloading it and it was all in perfect shape with no damage whatsoever after sitting for 4 years. Over the 4 years at Action the owner ***** and his staff were nothing short of phenomenal to our family. 110% recommend and we will be using them for all of our future needs.

My scheduled move was for 9am. They were there at 9am. Two courteous guys were quick and professional. The move in was even quicker and they made to get me the best price. It came way under what I had budgeted. Extremely good experience. The service was perfect.

I was so impressed by how the boys ( one name Keegan) were taking care of my property and the efficiency of there work I made the mistake of tipping them when my old apartment was empty instead of after I was all moved in the new place. I could afford much as I am a senior on a fixed income. 5 minutes after that Keegan came up to me and said that they were taking an hour off but they won't charge me for it was 5:00 pm. WHAT !!! I never heard of such a thing. I have a very bad back but made sure that this was a clean move for them. I asked the boys when they first came if they would help me take my budgie cages to the cab, they said no problem. So I reminded one boy and he took my cages and put them on the dirty floor at the back door of my apartment when people were coming home from work and they drove away, I could barely walk. They arrived at the new place about 6:00 pm. As I slowly started to put my new place together I started to noticed a lot of damage that was don't with malicious intent. I called the manager and he came down took pictures and said he call me. He called and said that he was paying me .60 x 500lb =$300. After that I kept finding more and more and more damage. I called the manager again and made appointment with him but this time I asked for a copy of the papers I signed, he said no problem, however he was a no show, he never came. As the year went buy I kept finding damage and now theft. Missing a cashmere royal blue v- next sweater and the sponge hanger it was on, a new never worn multi color hoodie and a new never worn jean jacket with patch work across the shoulders. I went through the rest of my clothes and found oil poured in the middle of two gowns, dirtied a $200 sweater and they cut a metal tubing neck line 2" on each side and ripped an Oriental dress never worn. I don't have junk property. The forms I signed should not give them a free pass to damage and steal from me. They damaged 98% of my property. Repair or replace$17,000,.00 apx
