First I was over charged , the were referred by the senior society and supposed to be checked out and given a senior discount well everything was packed so they just had to load everything but they took 2 hrs. to get to the new place when I took a bus and only took 20mins. so where were they, I waited in the lobby for them and they finally showed up 2 hrs later . I bought new boxes from ****** and **** ***** , all the boxes were filthy and completely torn on the bottom , you are supposed to be able to reuse the boxes at least 3 times, but they were so filthy and torn I could not, a lot of furniture was scratched and dented and they destroyed my box spring so they said they would buy a new one , so they delivered a box spring and the next thing I had bed bugs crawling on my bed , on closer inspection the box spring was filthy, so they gave me one that was used, I got them to pick it up the next day and to pick up a new one from ***** ******** which I paid for they have not offered to reimburse for the box spring and If I see more bed bugs I have to pay for pest control and the building manager said they have never had issues with bugs because it is a new building and they will hold me responsible for all the expense if they spread.And the company blocked my e-mail so I cannot even give an honest review they only have good reviews on their site because they block anyone who is unhappy with them.
