On Saturday April 20, 2024 at 11:30am, I went with my daughter ************************* to Crosstown Chrysler of ******** ****************. We were there to pick up and sign for a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. Upon our arrival, the vehicle in question was not at the dealership for undisclosed reasons. We were taken to finance to sign paperwork anyway, as they knew we were pressed for time, and signed for the vehicle as having ****** kilometers. It was exactly 3:00pm, the time we had told the dealership we needed to be out of there by, when someone finally showed up to the dealership with the vehicle in question. Crosstown Chrysler promised us a future detail package as there was not time that day and the vehicle had come back filthy. A salesman screwed on the license plate and we left within minutes of the Equinox getting back to the deslership. After a couple minutes driving, I noticed that the odometer read over ****** kilometers That is a far cry for the ****** that I agreed to. Our contract also has typos referring to the vehicle as a 2022 Cherolet Equinox LT on some pagesof the contract, and as a Chevrolet Equinox RS on other pages.I've been in contact with Crosstown Chrysler and asked them to Flat cancel that loan and rescind the contract on grounds of misrepresentation and fraud, but the dealership is no longer returning our calls.Initial Complaint

June 29,2021 I purchased a 2019 ***** ***** for $67,888.00 including trading in my 2019 ***** ******* with a $10,000 deposit and supplied a set of rims. On July 2,2021 the truck failed the out of province inspection as my primary residence is Saskatchewan. I was provided a mechanical fitness assessment from Crosstown which stated the the shocks were in compliance. The following items needed to be corrected: windshield wiper and both rear shocks needed to be replaced, mud flap were to short as per Saskatchewan laws and wheel alignment was required. It was also brought to my attention the roof antenna was broke, but this was not a safety issue and Crosstown repaired at their cost. I was scheduled to return to work so they put a dealer plate on my ******* that I traded in so I could return to work. On July 30th I picked up the ***** and returned home for days off. When returning to work on Aug 15th I could feel the truck pulling and it felt that it was wondering back and forth. So I booked the truck in at ******* in Spruce Grove on Aug 21/21 and they tried to align the truck 3 times and were unsuccessful. They stated the truck either had a frame or axle was damaged and it would never align properly again. On Aug 21/21 I brought the wheel alignment report to Crosstown to show Manny H****. They provided me a truck for the day and conducted a wheel alignment and stated the truck was fine. I came back on Monday as the shop foreman was on days off. The kept the truck all day and provided my a truck. When I returned the stated the did a wheel alignment on 2 different machines and check it over and everything was fine. I had another discussion with Manny and I still felt there was something wrong and he suggested I take the truck and get another opinion. So I took the ***** to ******** ***** in Spruce Groove and they stated the wheel alignment was out right after Crosstown stated the truck was fine. They came to the same conclusion as *******.
