I bought ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** there top notch approved paint shop they kept vehicle for almost three weeks came out with sloppy paint job and more damage then before sale department is blaming service and vice versa both are s***** department even Cadillac customer service is more worst now I am stuck with brand new Escalade only 4000k after 3 months no resolution. I will not recommend anyone to deal with this badly reputed dealershipReview from Allen E

wish I could make it zero stars. I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. I do have a video anyone can tell it doesn't sound right. unfortunately I can't post it here, they tried several times to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even though the salesman himself told me the last 3 buyers before me pointed out the same issues and refused to purchase the vehicle as well. I Truly hope this post sends any potential buyers else where and prevents anyone from being ripped off by this criminal organization.Review from Paul F

I have had a very negative vehicle purchase experience with Don ********************** Chevrolet, Buick GMC Cadillac **** We noticed a very low mileage 2013 Cadillac XTS on more than ********** site used by them. Car was advertised at $29,988 with just ****** km. We viewed the car, discussed it's features, and test drove it around the block. The saleslady was helpful and friendly. We offered the asking price, left a deposit, and returned the next day. We pointed out significant damage on all four wheels, and the *** computer screen was shattered. Neither of these problems were identified on the so called Shop Inspection form! The saleslady called in the used car manager then, he informed us they would not be repairing any of the damage, and our offer to pay the offered asking price was rejected. He insisted we take financing, then he might reduce the price. We told him we wished to pay cash, but he raised his voice and tried to pressure us to the point my wife was in tears! Then he relented and told us we had to purchase two useless packages for an additional $2,290, to get the original advertised price. We were not going to lose the car for $2k, so we bought it. Subsequently, we spent an additional $3,213 replacing the screen, wheels, and the cheap dangerous non- spec tires they put on the car. In October the car was driven to ******* on vacation, where the entire operating suspension failed due to rust, corrosion and leaking at a cost of $10,220 Cdn! I consider, in my opinion, my experience constitutes fraud, bait & switch, duplicity and misrepresentation!! Admitting liability, they offered a credit to me of $750 in their business, which I declined. Complaint lodged with *****, they advised **********************s there was a complaint, did no investigation, then cancelled it.Review from Amar P

Worst body shop, warranty and customer service you will ever experience. Truck was painted here out of my pocket. Sat for 2 years in my heated garage, paint started bubbling and then rusting in the areas they worked on. They won't offer paint warranty but will offer a discount to get it redone.Review from Brad V.

irst thing is their misleading advertising. We have been looking for a truck for some time, we found an advertisement on ****** for the truck we were interested in. They had this truck listed at $36,988, we also found the same truck listed on ********** for the same price, and a link from both sending us to their web page. On their web page they had the truck listed at a regular price of $39,995, and also Don Wheaton sale price listed at $36,988. We test drove the vehicle, and decided that we would like to purchase it. It had a dent in the right front quarter panel so we offered a less amount to cover part of the repair to have this fixed, we agreed on $35, 750 plus GST. When I told him that we would like to pay cash, the salesperson then informed us that we could not buy it for that price at Cash, if we wanted to purchase it for cash we would have to pay the regular price of $39,995 not the sale price or the price they had listed on both ****** and auto trader. If we wanted it at the lesser price we would have to finance through them to get it at the lower price. We felt this was very misleading advertising. We did decide to go through with it and finance it with them, as we would just pay off the financing early and only incur a slight amount of interest. When he brought me the paperwork to sign they added on a $799 edition for safety and security. When I inquired what this charge was for he said it was for the platinum security stickers that are put on the the vehicle for crime prevention. As this is not mandatory and is a option for people to purchase I told him we were not interested in that, he informed me that all the vehicles get it and there was nothing he could do about it. So after more discussion I offered to pay half of that amount and still do the deal. He brought over his ***** ******* and a ***** ******* said that they would not do that that I had to pay the full amount for this unwanted option they were trying to sell us. I left the store telling them that we were not interested. I drove approximately 5 minutes from their store and received a phone call and a text from the salesman saying that he talked to another ***** ******* and they would accept that offer. I returned to the store an hour later to finalize the deal they had the $799.00 scratched off the deal, and $400 handwritten in its place. They then set me up with their finance person to take a deposit and get the paperwork completed. The gentleman doing the finance putting everything in the computer and asking for a deposit, I gave him my credit card number to give a deposit and he was doing the paperwork. He told me to return the next day to finalize the paperwork but gave me a hand written copy of the original deal with the salesman. I asked them for a complete copy with all charges on it and found that they left the $799 charge on when I inquired why it had not been dropped to $400 he said it was not up to him that I'd have to go back and talk to the salesman again. I went back and talked to the salesman and he said the only way they would drop it to the $400 was if I purchased an extended warranty plan which varied from $3,000 to $4,000. I asked him why he didn't inform me of this when he told me they accepted my offer and he just shrugged his shoulders. He went back to talk to his ***** ******* and they said they would not do it unless I purchased the extended warranty. I told him that is not what he texted me that they had agreed to accept my offer and he said if I didn't by the extended warranty then I would have to pay for this full $799 for this safety security plan that I did not ask for it. So we ended up ripping up the offer and I did not purchase the vehicle from them. I would advise anybody doing business with this company to not trust them, as they are really misrepresent their dealings. Your best to try a different dealership. This company is very unscrupulous.
