    We were in the market for SUV and entered negotiation with ********* Audi for 2021 Q7 on Oct 20, 2021. We reached agreement with their sales person (Harry X*) on final sale price, after he got approval from his sales manager Jason H***. We received signed copy of sales agreement (bill of sale) from Mr. H*** on Oct 21, 2021. Subsequently Southgate Audi informed us that they will not honor the signed sales agreement because their "upper management" does not like the deal. Mr. H*** further claimed that they are free to cancel the agreement since no money changed hands. We believe the sales agreement should be honored as soon as signed.     Respected sir/madam,I am ***************************** a loyal customer of **** brand since 2020 I owned **** Q7. On December 8, 2022 I order **** E Tron and I paid $2000 deposit on it. My sales manager his name is *********************,he emailed me after one month and said that **** etron model has discontinued and he push me for the another new model of **** Q8 etron till I get convinced by him. I emailed him back and said I dont have a budget for this car and I dont want to go with **** Q8 E Tron, but he convinced me. Last month (May 2023) dealership called me and give me a test drive on **** Q8 E Tron sport back which is not the same model what they ordered for **** attended EV clinic of **** as well. After test drive and attending clinic I decided not to go with **** Q8 etron because I dont like it. On Friday, 23 June I asked my sales manager *****, and asked him my deposit money back but he refused to give me. When I signed the paper for **** etron that time he said,"**** is a big brand and if you dont like the car upon arrival we will not going to hold your money and will refund it. " That is the reason I signed the paper. The new **** Q8 etron which they order for me, its not arrived at dealership yet and is still in the transit. When I booked the **** E Tron in December 2022 they said your car will be arrive in February or March 2023 , but it got discontinued. They failed to give me delivery of my E Tron in March. When I talk to a sales manager his name is ***************** he was very unprofessional and rude with me. I ask him a paper photo copy which I signed when I deposit $2000 for **** E Tron but he avoid the subject and did not give me a copy of the paper. I thought **** is really a good company and that is the reason I was referring my friends coworkers to **** and still they are giving me this kind of treatment which is unfortunately sad and I am very disappointed. Please give me a justice and kindly investigate the matter and give me my refund of $2000.
