Buyers beware when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I recently purchased a 2016 ram through go auto southtown Hyundai Audi ***** was a wonderful sales man unfortunately his fellow colleagues didn't share his desire to treat me as a valued customer. I purchased the truck on the condition it passed a ***** they proceeded to put the truck thru there shop replacing the windshield and some steering components. I currently live in a different province so i had to get an out of province inspection (opi) for short. During the opi the shop discovered park break actuators were seized, the front wheel bearing was bad and sway bar links needed replacement. upon hearing this information i called **** the sales manager who proceeded to tell me the bearing and links were wear item and did not fall under an ***** inspection. i contacted the shop who did the opi and asked if those items would be on an ***** they not only said yes but proceeded to show me an ***** inspection and how those items did not pass. i reached out to southtown expecting that they would resolve the issue but instead they simply said it was a mistake and that they would cover only the break actuators. I said that because i purchased the truck on the condition it passed a legal ***** which it wouldn't have they need to do more to which they said they would pay a portion of the cost of parts and labour. they expect a customer who bought a vehicle on the condition it passed an ***** to pay even more after the fact is ridiculous. As of right now I have paid for the repairs needed to pass an inspection out of my own pocket and have opened a claim against the dealership through ***** claims. Please get a second inspection if you purchase a used vehical from southtown so you won't get a vehical that is unsafe.

Had a service appointment scheduled for this morning. Drove an hour to find out they are moving so not doing service today. A text, email, or phone call would have been nice!

First off my service advisor was the only person whos qualified to work there. Faith was nothing but polite and helpful to bad shes not a certified mechanic.The thing with this company is in the last year Ive spent 8 thousand dollars on repairs for what they cant fix or refuse to fix. They are unbelievably dishonest. Ive never been lied to so much but a bunch of hacks. My ****** was in the shop all of four times I got excuses like for example the part didnt take, the part was faulty, it takes time to adjust, bull s*** ! With my eLANTRA I went In for tires they made a bunch of recommendations I trusted and brought my car in . The day after I picked it up I couldnt get the car to drive as in im full gas and its not moving . I almost got hit on the highway by a semi truck! After I had another tech look turns out my turbo tubing wasnt attached! Yet in this mechanics report he says he put it all back together and drove it. More lies.When the service manager was made aware he offered me nothing he laughed at me bc of how much money Ive spent on being ****** over . Well thats fine Ill pay for it and absolutely educate all I can on how shady this company and there techs and they are .Dont buy . Dont service.My transmission is still hesitant and slow but Id rather not risk my life anymore with these supposed professionals.

****** This dealership called my wife regarding a vehicle recall back in winter of 2020 and kept car for around 2 weeks. When we finally received the car we thought everything was great until its summer time. We discovered that the AC was blowing hot Air which wasn't an issue prior to the recall/repair they did. My wife finally took the car in to get it fixed and did oil change on August 11 2021. she was advised that they will check if repair will be covered under warranty and will let her know before proceeding to do any repairs. my wife was contacted that the car was ready for pick up and she had to pay $479.43. This is an unacceptable behavior and if we were told repair is not covered by warranty I could have taken the car to my personal mechanic and get it fixed for half the price. stay away from this fraud!
