On 08/26/21 my toyota camry stopped driving and towed to mayfield toyota where I bought the car in2017.after few hours testing All testing indiact throtte body at fault needs replacement.because i told them the transmission is the problem they told me the transmission fluid is thirty I agreed to replace it and they sad we cleaned the throttle body the car was fine to drive because of this I don’t replace the throttle body and the advisor told me she is on same page with me.on sep 07/2021 may car stoped driving I towed my car to mayfield toyota and they sad throttle body has to be replaced I agree d. I received a call from mayfield toyota we replaced the throttle body but the bad news is your transmission is went it has to be replaced and I went to mayfield toyota and I assked how it be all along told them transmission is the problem now im on hook for over 1000 dollars bill and I am not able to drive the car home .mayfield toyota should know all there car inside and out.Business response

Unfortunately these type of mechanical issues are complicated to diagnose. Our certified mechanics always try and find the most cost effective way to solve issue. In some cases it ends up, ultimately, being an expensive repair such as this case. I am more than willing to work with the customer to try and find some savings in the repair if he would like to contact me directly.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:they charged me too much money and this for something isn’t about the vehicle.Just I would like to refund my full money what I paid for it. Again I am saying is not my mistakes.I am not happy with that. And they should know better what is wrong with the car at the first place.

They charged me too much money for something that it was not my vehicle problem.they should know what is the issue.they should take a responsibility about what they did. I want my full refund.
