Original installation date nov 2021, finished jan 2022 later back billed higher than quote and not explained why. Told by owner he didn’t work with me on it there for he didn’t know. I paid original amount of quote and asked for a break down. Was then sent to collections with no explanation of extra charge. Once collections involved she asked for a breakdown and they said it was only for labor and no product then later they came back with it was labor and extra product. I dont feel like I’m treated fairly as no one knows what I am paying for and was just forwarded to collections rather than sending me the break down. I paid what I owed when contacted and it’s all tracked with email trail of the encounters. I would like an actual cost break down of what I paid for in labor and what was in product. They keep going back and forth on the billing break down between being labor or if it was product and actual factual cost break down.
