Horrible paint job on wall cracks! Did not repair property and taking no responsibility. Worker was inexperienced and did a poor job! Have to re-hire another paint company to fix an issue the owner is not willing to address but make excuses for. Had several painting companies look at it and say it was poorly done and not done right. ****** learned but very disappointed!Review from Miranda J

Work was completed in a rush without care. Poor quality coverage, obvious wall repairs, terrible paint lines. Mess left by crew including spilled paint and drywall/sanding dust. Would not recommend, even if the price they provide seems appealing!

We have tried to contact you multiple times and made sure that you are happy with our service but sometimes although we have tried our best to resolve the situation client can be unhappy. Please be advised that customer satisfaction is our priority and this is the reason our company is highly ranked and best rated in Edmonton and area. Therefore our team came back to rectify the damages we were never told about and were not part of our scope but still we wanted to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Pursuant to the ******** pictures we ensured your project is clean and completed up to our standard. Please note that any service after such patching and preparation work completion, cleanup is definitely part of the work but still cleaning is not their expertise and usually each client pursues with the additional clean up afterwards as each client has different standards ( as mentioned in our proposal with you) In regards to huge patching job like yours , after a while all the dust settle up to 48 hours after project completion and it is not feasible for any trade company to come back for cleaning the dust more than once.
