    I had done a TFP with Cynthia Vun Priest in August- I ended up letting her use a bunch of my handmade outfits for free for her paying clients for a sunflower shoot in return for content. I got no photos. I even went as far as looking after her children's and her clients children and gave her 2 handmade outfits for her kids as a thank you. I have messaged her multiple times and she has had excuses for not returning any photos but keeps commenting on posts in this group for more TFP. She had commented reccomending herself in a local mom group and I mentioned to try someone else as I'm still waiting for photos from her and she messaged me threatening me if I comment about not getting photos again she is going to delete my whole session. Her session is no longer worth 1000$ as it is over 5 months late but I have already provided my services to Cynthia that tally over $1000

    Biggest mistake hiring this photographer. Completely ruined capturing in memory one of the biggest occasions of my life.Promised gallery of photos to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of taking them. Took her 5 months to show us that she is still working on editing photos. Absolutely massacred the photos editing them. Not a single time in these 5 months did she update us herself that she would be unable to meet her promised deadline. We had to keep asking her and she just came up with random excuses for more than 5 months.After receiving absolutely poorly edited photos after 5 months, she refused to provide us the original photos just so that we can at least have unedited photos for our memories. She promised to fix her edits for 7 more months until she decided she would not do them.Completely ruined the biggest occasion of my life.

    Hi ********, I understand you are upset. And rightfully so.You texted me at midnight -- the day before your session.Your ****** botched your hair and I had tried to add hair without charging you extra. I should have been more transparent about how difficult that task was. That fell under complex edits, which are not covered under my contract. To be fair, I had given you additional $300 artwork credit for you to order photos that you actually loved. $300 of the total was the retainer and you had received more photos than what I had promised on my contract. You were given sufficient sneak peeks as well before the contracted 6 weeks. Extra edits such as your fiancee's dress that were requested was also done at no additional charge as her dress was see-through with the sun behind you two, when my contract wrote that I would charge for additional edits like those. You did receive RAW files for the ones you had requested, which was sent via ****** Drive.I will take this as a learning experience to improve my communication process as well as pre-session styling consult advice to include no drastic haircuts for at least a week prior to a session.
