I made several complaints about the quality/accuracy of my orders from the cold lake busters pizza. (Stemming from Dec 2022) I was told someone would reach out to me after my order on Dec 21 was wrong and give me a refund. That never happened so I reached out again and was promised that someone was going to check the store for quality control and call me and also wanted to offer me 2 100$ gift certificates. I was sent a letter and one gift certificate and no call ever came. (*****) was the person name. I asked to speak to someone higher up he refused. He said he would send the other card to me but it never came. I emailed and weeks later he emailed saying I’ve had enough compensation and he considers this matter closed. Which no it isn’t. I never got what they promised, the worker was so rude and unprofessional.
