            ******* ******* In November of 2021 I had a new fan coil and condenser unit installed in my son’s apartment for $6263.25 which was paid in full. In May the technician came out to pressurize the lines. At that time it was stated everything was working. When attempted to use some water was dripping from the unit mounted in the ceiling. Jetco sent out a technician twice but he was unable to fix it. We are now told the new fan coil which is on warranty is held up by the manufacturer. After over 2 months the air conditioner has not worked for one minute. I have phoned and emailed this company many times and they assure me they’re trying to get the fan coil. To resolve this issue I would like the air conditioner working or have my money refunded.

            I purchased an air conditioner from Jetco which was installed in November 2021. Last spring in May Jetco came out to put a charge in the system. However my brand new air conditioner has never worked for one minute. When the air conditioner was started some water started dripping from the ceiling where it was mounted which concerned me greatly since I live in an apartment. Every apartment in this complex has the same air conditioning system so it cant be just this one. A service technician was sent out but he was not able to repair it. So now Im told they are waiting for a replacement part even though they were all supposedly new. I paid $6263.00 for this air conditioner and have. never felt any cool air in my apartment.
