Invoice number ***** Date 06-03-2021 I live in Cooperative housing. I put in a maintenance order to have my back spout which connects to the garden hose fixed as it was leaking. The plumber called and said that he could come look at it and I informed him that I would not be home and if he needed to access my unit to let me know and I would have someone from the co-op let him in. He called me at about 4:00 in the afternoon on the Friday and informed me that he did not have enough time to finish the job so he was going to come back next week. The following week came and he did not come back I called on the Thursday and the company was not even aware that the job was not completed on the Friday. They sent someone over to complete the job. The next thing I know I'm getting an invoice from the co-op stating that I owe $105 because they sent a plumber over and I said that I was going to be home but I was not. I have called Oliver plumbing three times I've left two messages on voicemail and I left one message with a lady giving the invoice number and I have not received a call back. I've informed my co-op that this information is false and that I in fact did tell the plumber that I was not going to be home. And if he needed access to let me know. They're still trying to charge me this $105. Our co-op management has let me know that Oliver plumbing has given a written statement and they will be bringing it up to the board whether I have to pay this bill or not. I'm not willing to pay this bill as it is a bill for something that I did not do.
