On March 28th 2023 I paid $2750 plus purchased 11lbs of jamican teal powder from prismatic *********** for the company perfection powder coating to coat my atv frame and a bunch if other parts... I was told that it would be quality work and look better than any paint job... now after parts being coated twice it still does not look like it is suppose to.. I have taken the parts to other shops and have gotten feedback that whoever sprayed it doesn't have much experience because they don't know how to properly cover the pieces.. I have also contacted the company which sells the powder to see as to why there would be issues.. something the company should have done the first time they could not get the job done rite...I explained how it was a 2 stage powder and joanne knew but could not achieve a nice finished product. Now she doesn't want to do anything other than tell me that get feedback from other shops. The shops are telling me they would coat it until it's done rite, not let it leave and try and tell the customer "well who's going to knotice it" I'm sorry but I was promised quality work which this is not.. I would ask for the parts to be redone but I don't think anyone is capable of doing it that is why she doesn't want to try a 3rd time... if she couldn't do the job why say you can...
