They were an absolute pleasure to work with! I cant say enough about ***** and her team. I have been at my current job for 16 years, so when an internal posting came up I didnt have the slightly clue how to do a resume. My uncle passed her business along. From the first phone call its like iv know ***** for years. She was always a call or text away with any additional info I gave or questions. She had my resume back before the date we chatted and it was AWESOME !! If you need a resume done, invest in the right people to do the job for you. ***** was very responsive and replied quickly to my inquiries and questions. Resumes have changed a lot in the last decade and the style I knew and had learned in high school wasn't up to snuff. With AI filtering out resumes before a person even looks at them nowadays, I had no idea what was required to be successful. ***** builds a unique kind of skills-based resume that really highlights why you're the person for the job. I had no idea that a resume doesn't have to be squished onto one page anymore, until I contacted Resumes with Results. She told me she presents at local post-secondary institutions about career marketing - and I think that's an excellent way to think about the process of applying for jobs. At the end of the day, you're selling yourself and your talents. ***** also gave me excellent advice on references that I think will be really beneficial when applying for jobs, really happy with how that was incorporated into the final product.Review from Shane O

I needed my resume updated and did a quick search online. Resumes with results was top of the list. Read a few reviews and decided to reach out. After a few conversations I decided to let ***** reformat and make my resume look more professional and presentable. I reached out to ***** about a week ago after doing some research. After reading some reviews about how pleased people were with her services.We had spoken several times about my career history, my goals and where I would like to be in the future. I had explained to her how much trouble I have been having getting call back for the jobs that I want but getting call backs on jobs that I am over qualified for.She walked we thought how a skill based resume would get me the results that I was looking for.With out hesitation I provided her with all of my professional information and her senior Writer built me a resume that I am beyond proud of. Four years ago I felt I needed a professional resume to move ahead with my career, but didn't know where to turn.
