    I brought a refurbished washing machine from this company on 14 Dec 2022. The machine looked perfectly fine when I inspected it for any external damage and cleanliness. I paid for the cost of the machine including delivery and installation. When is was delivered and installed the machine had issues from the very first wash cycle! The manager (******) even said we dont put machines on the floor if they dont work!! Very misleading!! It also had a bunch of scratches which I know were not there when I purchased on the shop floor. It was also delivered dirty. I explained the issues to the company but they are being very difficult and not providing good customer at all. They did say they can send a repair technician to fix the mechanical issue but will do nothing about the external damage. However if I want to exchange or refund I will have to bring the machine in to the shop at my own cost!! I find this absolutely ridiculous and nonsense. I didn't cause the external damage on the machine and their terrible customer service want me to cover the cost!! Additionally if I exchange for another machine I am responsible for the cost of that delivery too??Thats almost the cost of the machine itself! I did NOT pay for a damaged machine at the time of purchase!!!! Its the company's responsibility to check the machine is working and in good external condition BEFORE delivery!! The company should cover this cost as they damaged it during delivery! This is not the service I expected from a company that " begs" for good reviews and requests customers to resolve issues before posting reviews. FYI: I will be out of the country from 24 Dec 2022 and returning on 10 Jan 2023. I will have very limited access to emails hence would like this resolved asap. I was such a good customer that I called the company myself to pay for a hose that the company "said they installed". They did not have to chase me for the "payment". In complete contrast I am chasing this company to do the right thing!!
