My Experience with Elite:Dec 17th 2022 - knock on my door in the morning informing me that my extension cord (that was plugged into my engine's block heater at the time) was run over and chewed up by the snow remover by an Elite associate and that they would replace the cord the next day.Dec 19th - Upon not receiving the block heater on the 18th I messaged my condo management company and informed them. They then suddenly remembered and told me someone would be around later today which they did. Dec 21st - emailed my condo board again because this morning my car did not start for my commute to work. Telling them that my block heater was broken probably due to the incident days prior Dec - 30th - got a car appointment for my block heater to be inspected by **************** Dealership. They confirmed the block heater was not working. I pressed them for a reason why but they said they do not do diagnostics and would not give me a specific reason why it was broken and not working, just that it would not turn on when plugged in. I then emailed the management board Jan 4th - Got a response back informing me to contact Elite.Jan 9th - Contacted Elite Lawn and Snow through a phone call and was told to submit my evidence via email and not to communicate with them directly afterward. So I submitted my evidence and presented my case. They asked for additional information and photos which i provided.Jan 16th 2023 - Got a response back from Elite basically denying everything and that they had a third party mechanic look at the photos and proved it wasn't them. They wouldn't even give me his information so I could contact them. I received 0 compensation for the block heater. I might add that they were also extremely rude and there reasonings for denial were as ridiculous as: The **************** has a by law that obstruction should not be on public sidewalks as well.Do not let these people anywhere near your property.
