      On 8 January 2024, I entered into an agreement for solar panels with Fluent Solar LTD. I got a loan through ********* and an advance in the amount of $13,521.49 was released to Fluent Solar LTD that day. On 23 February 2024, I found out I did not quaify for the ******* ***** Loan and I notified Fluent Solar LTD that I needed to cancel the project, and they sent me Invoice **** for the Cancellation Fee. I mailed them a Bank Draft (Registered Mail) to the address provided on the Invoice. Unfortunately ****** **** (**) lost the letter as the address was incorrect. I notified Fluent and opened a file with **. I got a new Bank Draft, contacted **** ******** to confirm the drop off address (which was different from trhe address on the invoice). I dropped off the new Bank Draft with ***** ******, as there was not accounting section at the office. I had him sign the invoice "Received" and we each took a photo of the signed invoice with the new Bank Draft dated 8 March 2024. I understand the chequed had to be mailed. I have confirmed with my bank that the bank draft was cashed over three weeks ago. I have emailed the Resolution Sections as directed on the invoice and received not communions back. I have emailed ***** ****** and the main office ***** ********* and they have ceased to return my emails. ***** ********* provided me with a phone number for the Edmonton Resolution office but they have not returned my call/message. As of today, 3 May 2024, the initial loan advance has not been paid back and I'm stuck making loan payments.

      Dec 29, 2023, entered into a contract with Fluent Solar to install a solar system on my home. On Dec 29, 2023, $11,825.35 was released to Fluent Solar through a loan with *********. Jan 9, 2024 received the design layout for review. The design did not match the design of the contract. Feedback was sent to Fluent Solar that same day. Multiple communication a by phone and email to sort out the design between Jan 9-23 Feb 2 all permits were in place and were notified materials were being ordered Feb 26 status follow up Feb 29 Fluent confirmed all was ready to schedule install. Mar 6 Fluent confirmed installation for Apr 2. I requested a copy of the design. Mar 12 follow up on design Mar 13 received drawings. Drawings very different than anything sent before incl trenching. Fluent confirmed they couldn’t meet the original design proposal. Mar 14 I requested to annul the contract. Since: -Trenching was required and not possible on property - A shut off switch would be placed in alley (accessible to public) escalated to resolution team and spoke to ***** *********. March 14-April 12 multiple conversations with ***** to follow up and escalate Apr 12 spoke with **** on resolution team and contract cancelled. ***** would call today to confirm loan cancellation is completed. Apr 19 spoke with ***** and confirmed my ********* loan was in the process of being refunded and should be completed by end of day. Apr 24 spoke with ***** and he confirmed my refund was the priority and will be done by end of week. He sent me an email confirming this. On April 26, 2024 spoke with ***** in funding and confirmed my contract was cancelled and sitting with ***** in resolution. ***** is the one to process the loan cancellation. ***** was not available for a call and there was no one else to escalate the issue. ***** emailed me confirmation and cc’ed *****. On April 26, 2024 I replied to *****’s email requesting a timeline update from *****. No response was made.

      I got an estimate from Solar for solar energy but they had applied for a government loan for my solar panels. I had cancelled the order as I didn't like way they were unprofessional and didn't communicate appropriately and didn't keep in informed of where I was in the process. When I checked my credit report it is showing that I have a loan in the amount of $14,000 But I have never seen this money and would like to it taken off my credit file please.

      Sign up May 2023 Install January 24, 2024 - 8 months in the making and then Failed Inspection because the installer did not follow the design or the diagram it took me 2 months before the inspection pass March 14, 2024 PTO day - Found out 14 out of 28 solar panel is not producing , so i visual check my panel if there any covered or shading or even snow covered, that day March 18, 2024 It sunny and the sky is clear, I produced 20.4 kwh the exception of 14 solar panel, Call Fluent Solar - Warranty department they just told me that there booked up , they dont know when they can schedule me for tecnician , long battle message and call they send installer 5pm they just stand there they dont do anything and then left without saying anything, the following day they send me message that the installer that came by fix the solar panel and its working, There installer telling false information , so i sent the picture that day to prove that they dont do anything. Until now i am still waiting for warranty department thats how poor communication and luck of customer service this company I did get solar to reduce bills but it turn out that I might be overpaying for utilies because of 14 panels is not producing and i have to pay my loan as well And my open TRENCH until now is not covered, If someone injured because of this, you will be responible for your action * For the record; Warranty Department that handle our case , she probably needs customer service she is missing a lots of things, poor communication is one of them * - attach here the picture from day thay i call them - the day that technician didnt do anthing * Same number of panels are not working *

      We entered into a contract with Fluent Solar for solar panels, then determined that we needed to get permits to install in addition the building we were going to install them on would not be completed in time. We cancelled the contract within the 10-day period and received an email from Fluent Solar that the contract was received and that the money would be returned to ********* whom we obtained the loan from. The email was received on February 15, 2024. Since then we have had to make one payment on March 8th and another will come out on April 8th. We have called the company two times since then, once being told they would have the funds returned and another saying they would have the funds department call us back, which they have not and we have waited two days. We would like the funds returned as soon as possible to clear the outstanding loan.
