            In February 2018, BBB reviewed a pattern of complaints against Carmel Joy Baird. This pattern was prompted by large volume of complaints, customer reviews and/or scam tracker reports. 

            Customers alleged that those who signed up for the one on one readings were being cancelled and rescheduled by the business multiple times after an initial estimated one year waiting period. After being rescheduled on more than one occasion, requests were made for refunds, as services were not being fulfilled. Customers also state in cases where a refund was offered, it took longer than the sixty business day timeline to have monies returned.  

            On February 22, 2018 BBB communicated with Carmel Joy Baird about this pattern. On March 20, 2018, Carmel Joy Baird provided BBB with their terms and conditions, however, BBB has yet to receive a resolution from Carmel Joy Baird regarding the ongoing pattern.

            My late wife paid $525 for a session with Camel for March 22, 2018 @ 9:30 AM MST. The session was cancelled by Camel. Through several emails and communication my wife was unable to resolve this issue. I have been unable to resolve this issue as well. My wife became very ill in April of 2020 and subsequently died from terminal cancer in August of 2021. I have informed Camel of this and she maintains the prepaid sessions are non-refundable.

            My mom booked an appointment for her and I in 2016. The appointment was for one year later. The appointment was then a canceled and rebooked three times. In 2018 I email and called with no response and have since emailed and sent messages via ******** to please get almost $900 dollars back. I feel like this lady is a scammer and I cant believe she is still able to run a business. How many people has she taken money from because if you read the many complaints her as well as other news feeds it seems like hundreds.
