Business ProfileforVitality Air

Originally ordered product 10/13/21, received order confirmation around 10/16/21. I never received any information on shipping or tracking, and when I didn't get my items by Christmas, I started to inquire. I emailed the info email (only email provided by Vitality Air) multiple times trying to get shipping information, availability information, and even just try and get a refund at this point. No reply from 3 emails to the *********************  I also have left 2-3 voicemails on their only contact number listed, no reply or no answer. I was charged in full for the products back in October, and at that time the shipping said 7-10 days (that's what's still listed on the website). When I try to go through the website to just submit a refund at this point, their system gives me an error and I cannot complete the refund request. I also cannot submit a formal complaint on their site, because their contact link doesn't work. Please help me get refunded or my items delivered. I have yet to hear anything at all from the company except an automated email that they received my order back in october. Thanks
