      Oct 1, 1920 they delivered and installed 9 replacement windows that were defective. Their was to be 12 windows but 3 did not show up. Their installer said he would check and let us know. I have since been calling them on a regular basis. First they said because of covid their was a delay. Then later every time I called they said would check and advise. Now when I ask they don’t even reply.

      On July 5, 2021 we reached to Qualiglass regarding the internal window seal (moisture between the two panes of glass) in our backdoor that purchased and installed by Qualiglass about 9 years earlier and still within the 10-year warranty period. We heard nothing and followed up with emails on July 26, and August 20 and finally received a voicemail message from Qualiglass on August 23. Then things went silent again and we sent emails on September 22, September 27, October 28 and we called and spoke with Qualiglass on October 29 and they said that they have or will order the replacement glass unit. There was some back and forth email correspondence by both parties between November 1 and 5 regarding the order, supply and installation of the glass unit and then everything went silent again. We sent more emails asking for an update or at least some confirmation that Qualiglass was working towards a solution, on November 15, November 18, December 13, January 12, February 22 and the last one on March 3. In the March 3 one we apologized that we'll need to report the problem to the *** if we do not hear back from them by March 7, 2022. They have gone completely silent and fear that they have just ignored us and will not provide the replacement glass unit that is still under warranty.

      We without hesitation purchased windows from Qualiglass and did not entertain any other quotes at all as the Owner is in my business networking group. We have our dining room window fogging between panes. This we were told would be looked after. Qualiglass than asked us to provide the invoice as they could not find it. While this was going on and and based on trust we purchased new bedroom windows with 2 weeks. One of the panes on the inside window cracked again we were told this would be looked after. It now has been respectively 24 months for dining room windows and 18 months for the bedroom window an both are still not rectified. Just unacceptable.

      On JULY 16,2016 I purchased 2 windows from qualiglass windows and doors. On July 19, 2018 I emailed Qualiglass to inform them of a broken seal. Qualiglass requested a picture. In the summer the picture did not show the fog inside the window. I had a severe back injury following this and did not send a picture of a broken seal until July 9, 2020. They sent back an e-mail asking which window it is. Which I responded. I phoned a few times and again in April 2021. ***** the owner said I have your paperwork right here and made an appointment for someone to come out on May 10/21 to replace the sealed unit. No one came. When I phoned ***** the owner stated a wind storm broke the window. No new appointment has been made. Writer started calling the company weekly to have a appointment for someone to replace the window. On June 21/21 the company stated the window has been order but are waiting for confirmation from the window manufacturer. Company is stating the over the year
