Super unprofessional company. I ordered a bench from this company off market place and requested that I get the same color stain as in the picture, the lady advised me what color stain that bench was and we proceeded. I ordered beginning of January and was told I could expect my bench end of January. Come end of January I hadn't heard anything so I sent a message asking when we could expect our bench. That message was read and ignored, I messaged 2 days later again, read and ignored aswell. I then again messaged a couple days later again so we are into Feb now and finally got a response asking me when it was due. I replied with " I was told end of January " then was told they were running behind. I received a message next day that the bench was ready. My husband picked up the bench and as soon as we got it home I noticed it was a very different color than the picture. So I tried reaching out to the lady again. Ignored once again. I messaged again and all I got was its a nice bench, don't know what to do to help you. My bench was orange. In all lighting. I explained this to her and with a bit of back and forth arguing she told me to request a refund through email. I did so that day. Once again that email was also ignored. So this company was quick to take my $250 and had horrible customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
