            This business has almost $8000 of our money but will not provide the service over a 2 year period. They will not return the money or even pay interest on it ! It was a specific trip which we do not want any substitutes for. R & V Clough

Cobblestone Freeway Tours is providing future travel credits for any payments that were not covered by your personal travel trip insurance. At this time, refunds are only in the form of Future Travel Credits. Cobblestone Future Travel Credits are the most flexible credits in the tourism industry: • Travel Credits do not have an expiration date, travel when you want, to the destination you want. • Travel Credits apply for all payments made to Cobblestone Freeway Tours including non-refundable deposits and non-refundable add-ons. (This includes any payments for those that did not purchase travel trip insurance coverage) • No Fees or Rebooking Fees will be applied • Travel Credits are good for any and all types of tours (Scheduled Tours, Custom Tours, Group Tours) and valid to all destinations of Cobblestone Freeway Tours. • Travel Credits are also 100% transferable to another traveller. Even a traveller that was not in your original group or booking.
