    Hello, I would like to have complain about Lexus Of Edmonton- located 11204 170 st NW Edmonton Alberta. I have been mislead, misguided, misinformed, overpromised since last 18 months. This is how started, In 2020 summer i was at Lexus of Edmonton for regular service and i was notified from service team there is a water damage on headlight driver side so they could replace under manufacture warranty so i told them please go ahead and replace the damage headlight. after few months later i did noticed the same problems with same headlight so i went back to Lexus of Edmonton to discuss about service they have done recently. after talking service department i was told there is some one who looks after all manufacture warranty but she is not in today or was on vacations but some one will contact you soon. i was okay to wait but unfortunately no one called me. i called again to follow up but no answer. after few weeks later or months i spoke to MS ***** *** and she told me there were so busy and due to covid 19 they could not get back to me on time or earlier but she is going to talk to service Manager ( *** ) and get back to me that did not happened again. after waiting for new months i went to Lexus of Edmonton to meet service Manager he did not help me and told me i am out of warranty now. i told him i am dealing last few months and i was under warranty but lack of follow up from Lexus i m out of warranty now and then the same headlight we did replace last few months ago. then real story comes out from Rod. he told me that there was a different headlight was replaced. i was shocked to know . i was told somethings and Lexus did something. he did not help, i talked to GM for help. he promised to help me and took a year and he does not want to help me any more then i have reached out to Vice President as well but no help at all and it has not been fixed.i want to replace damage headlight asap. it's very much unacceptable for this kind of service from Lexus.

    My ordeal started when I wanted to import my Lexus RX350 made in ****** so I can register it here in *******. Since March 2023 Lexus/****** ****** stopped giving the compliance letter which is a vital requirement to have your vehicle imported from ****** to US. I have called Lexus/****** ****** and they will forward me to a website which does not give a valid and reasonable answer. Without the said compliance letter, I need to either go back to ****** and sell it there or pay 3T USD to have an importer change my ******** car to ** standards and I have to wait and not use the car for ***** days until we get a decision from the ****** That 1 piece of paper compliance letter could be given and avoid this whole ordeal. Have I known from the very beginning, I would not have purchased a Lexus or ****** vehicle. All other brands continue to give out their compliance letters. Lexus ****** website boasts of having their vehicle to the highest safety standards but could not give out a mere 1 piece paper of a requirement that says it has passed the Emission and Safety standards and has no recalls associated with the vehicle.
