Our family dog was followed at Delton Vet for 18 years and overall had pleasant experiences until the day we need to put him to sleep. I never saw so cold hearted people. Huge lack of compassion and empathy. Not even one Im sorry for your loss or something similar. We suspect that the person that took him down wasnt even a vet just a technician. We say that because that person came in to prep the dog and told us when you ready let us know and the vet will come, well surprise surprise when was the same person that came in to give him the last shots. You wanna have a bad experience go there but dont say that you didnt know.Review from Cheryl W

Don't go. Recommended unnecessary dental work, misdiagnosed my cats diarrhea issues, their tests showed nothing while another vet tests showed roundworms (Delton supposedly dewormed him in July), a bacterial infection and feline Corona Virus. The medication they sold me before even having done a fecal test, would not work for any of these things...fortunately I couldn't get the liquid form into him and by time they got the right dosage in pill form I had called a new vet who had told me to wait to see what his laboratory fecal pcv test showed. She also checked his teeth and said since he had broken teeth removed at the shelter, they should have cleaned his teeth while he was under anesthesia, so no need for the dental procedure Delton recommended. When I returned the expensive food they sold me, I explained this to the receptionist, who said she would have the manager contact me, 28 hrs later no one has bothered to call so I'm writing this review. We love our pets and this clinic seems more interested in pushing food and unnecessary procedures.
