Capitall sold me a 5' patio door that broke spontaneously nearly 3 weeks ago now. This is an actual thing - caused by improper cutting of glass or faults in the manufacturing process - that they refuse to acknowledge. I have made several phone calls and posted half a dozen emails over a 2 week period that have resulted terse and disrespectful responses focused primarily on (******* - the owner's wife apparently) telling me that they aren't doing anything because their manufacturer has no idea how the window was broken??? You pay good money to a local business because you think that is right thing to do and then this happens. FYI - in following up with **** **************** ******** - this would not be an issue. These guys are not interested in dealing with faulty products when they sell them. Zero accountability and plenty of attitude. Through all of it I have repeatedly asked for some form of resolution - they have provided or suggested nothing. I have never suggested or asked for replacement of the door but would certainly expect that they do something to help me replace the window that has failed as a course of the sub-standard product they charged me full price for.
