            Warrantee on Windows. My house is a new build. 4 1/2 years old. They keep installing complete garbage. The seals keep going. They have changed the windows twice. They came May 19/2022 to measure all the windows to replace them. They said it would be 4 weeks. I then called. Then they said 16 weeks. I called in September. They forgot about me. Said it would be 6 weeks. But they were on it. Called November 4 as they requested. Said it would be 6 weeks. Called December and said they were manufacturing them on the 15th. I called 16th. Still nothing. Called January 4. They said they would stop giving me the run around, they would be manufactured on the 11th and would install the week of 16th. I called the 16th. They said they would call back with an update. Still nothing. No call back. Nothing.

            Noticed window seals failed after moving into my new build. Reached out to them and after a while was finally told someone would come take a look. Gave my phone number and was told someone would set up an appointment and they never did.I've sent multiple emails over several years with photos proving failed seals and they just ignore them.They DO NOT stand behind their warranty and their method is to ignore you until you go away, so that they do not have to deal with their faulty product.
